Robson Consulting
Susie Robson is a founding principal at Robson Consulting, responsible for the usability of software applications, web internal business systems, web applications, and web sites. She has over 16 years experience in interface design and usability for both web-based and application-based software, and has established Usability departments at two different companies.
Susie is co-founder, current Treasurer and past Secretary of the Boston Usability Professionals' Association (UPA) chapter, contributor to UPA Voice, and was co-organizer of both the Boston UPA Chapter Conference (2003 - 2010) and World Usability Day Boston (2005 - 2010). She has an M.M. in Business Management from Cambridge College and has taken Information Design courses at Bentley College, as well as courses from New England School of Art and Design/Suffolk University, and art classes at the DeCordova with Ati Gropius.
